Opportunities for Business:

There are a great many coffee stands and drive thru fast food restaurants throughout Washington State. I would like to explore the possibility of an alternative to both. An option with other basic beverage options but with a primary focus on the not-so-typical, such as international cuisines, or new and local favorite drink and food options. The stores would be of a similar size as most of the current coffee stands. They will only serve few options for meals and drinks with uniqueness and change being a key component. The menu would be changed on a rotating basis, in part or in whole and possibly by demand.

I would also like to explore the idea of an expanded valet and parking management service, with valet being a less likely inclusion. The primary product or service would be a software program that uses input from multiple stakeholders (businesses, government services, and other institutions), dynamic situational information and combines it to optimize parking availability, occupancy and efficiency, to include access and proximity considerations.

I am curious about a need that I have identified in my work often. It is the need to obtain replacement parts for equipment repairs and the difficulties that are frequently encountered. I have frequently experienced problems with availability, relatively high costs and poor quality of many replacement and repair parts that were needed. A paid service to do 3d printing of parts on demand. Where permitted ,it could be a common service to print, permit and supply these components.

Missing A Guest

Missing out on the missing day: Guest Speaker Shadrach White Due to prior and unavoidable commitments I was unable to attend Shadrach White’s visit to the University of Washington, where he spoke to the entrepreneur class of students. I say “the” in reference to the class, because it is the only entrepreneur class on campus to my knowledge. I did learn something about the opportunity I missed during Shadrach’s visit by doing a little research on Mister White, hereafter referred to as Shadrach. And I certainly hope that he does not mind. But to me, it is oddly impersonal, on approach to insult, to refer to someone so formally and in, perhaps an antiquated manner, throughout written content on getting to know the person. Startup.com As documented, This story feels more like a motion picture than a documentary. Even the main characters, Kaleil Isaza Tuzman and Tom Herman, are fiction like, as portrayed. But they are the central characters in an amazing non-fictional story; although I cannot be certain as to the accuracy of this film’s portrayal of events. Nonetheless, the idea of Govworks.com is as simple as it is brilliant. To solve a problem that is common to most of America and in every municipality in it, perhaps the problem of things as they have always been.
